TOWSON, Md. - Quarterback Grant Enders, who led the Tigers to a 9-3 record and the Colonial Athletic Association championship last year, has been named as a "Quarterback to Watch" by College Sports Performance Awards.

Enders is one of 35 quarterbacks touted by CSPA.

A starter in 11 games last season, Enders led the CAA in pass efficiency with a 153.72 mark last year. He completed 165 of 245 passes for 2,081 yards. He also threw 16 touchdow n passes and had eight interceptions.

Enders, who ranked among the CAA leaders in total offense last year, also ran for 504 yards on 91 carries and scored five touchdowns.

A product of Old Mill High School, Enders was named as the CAA Offensive Player of the Week twice last year. He earned the award for the first time after the Tigers' 42-3 win over Morgan State. He was also honored after leading the Tigers to a 39-35 come-from-behind win over Old Dominion.

The Tigers, who were ranked ninth in the NCAA FCS rankings, were the most improved team in Division I football.
