TOWSON, Md. - The Towson women's tennis team has announced its match on Tuesday at cross-town rival Loyola has been postponed due to the recent snow accumulation. According to Tiger head coach Doug Neagle, not enough courts at Loyola were melted from the snow that hit the Baltimore area on Monday. The match has been rescheduled for Tuesday, April 16 at 3:15 p.m. and will be hosted by the Greyhounds.
The Tigers (7-5, 0-1 CAA) have not had a match since March 21, a 5-4 setback to Nova Southeastern.
Looking to snap a two-match losing streak, the Tigers will next travel to Hofstra on Saturday for a match at 11 a.m.
