One of the most outstanding women's lacrosse players in the nation, Becky Trumbo was the winner of the 2005 Doc Minnegan Scholarship Award. A Physical Education major with a 3.79 grade point average, she was the winner of the Colonial Athletic Association Scholar Athlete Award for women's lacrosse in 2005. A two-time All-CAA first team selection, she has been vital to the dramatic improvement the last two seasons. She entered her senior year as the second leading scorer in Towson women's lacrosse history with 136 goals, 59 assists and 195 points. She is 72 points shy of tying the school record for points scored, held by Hall of Famer Ruth Gutridge, '87.

In 2004, Beck was the ninth-leading scoerer in NCAA Division I with 52 goals and 31 assists. The second-leading scorer  in the CAA, she led the Tigers to a 13-6 record and their first CAA Championship. Named to the CAA Championship all-tournament team, she scored five goals and had two assists as the Tigers edged Hofstra 18-15, in the CAA Championship game. As CAA Champions, the Tigers made their first NCAA Tournament appearance this past season, losing to Georgetown in the first round, 15-14. The CAA leader with 31 assists, she was named as a third team All-American by the IWLCA. 

In March 2004, she was honored as the CAA Player of the Week after scoring a career high eight goals in a win over Connecticut. She also set a school record with 61 draw controls that same season.

As a sophomore, Becky earned first team All-CAA honors for the first time as she led the Tigers to the best record in school history, a 14-4 mark. The Tigers' leading sorer with 45 goals and 19 assists, she was the third leading scorer in the CAA as she helped Towson finish second in the conference and earn a berth in the CAA Tournament for the first time.

As a freshman in 2003, the Eldersburg, Md. native was named as the CAA's Rookie of the Year as she scored 39 goals and had nine assists. Honored as the CAA Rookie of the Week twice, she was also named second team All-CAA. A product of Liberty High School in Carroll County, she finished her career as Carroll County's career scoring leader with 249 goals and 130 assists.
