Tiger Update: Towson snapped a three-game losing streak with its win over UNC Wilmington on Thursday afternoon ... the Tigers placed three players in double figures led by Shanae Baker-Brice who finished with 19 points and seven assists ... Baker-Brice leads the Tigers while averaging 19.1 points per game ... Haliena Snowden and Kandace Davis are both averaging 6.6 rebounds per game on the season.

Lady Monarchs Update:  Old Dominion has won four straight following a 58-54 win over Georgia State on Thursday ... Jessica Canady and Tia Lewis posted "double-doubles" in the victory ... Lewis is averaging 12.1 points per game and 8.3 rebounds per game on the season.

Series History: Today's game will be the 14th in the all-time series. Old Dominion leads the series 13-0. Towson will be looking for its first ever win against the Lady Monarchs.

Caught In The Blizzard: CAA opponents have been forced to deal with a force under the basket for the Tigers. Haliena Snowden has scored in double figures in five of the six conference contests and is averaging 13.7 points per game and 8.0 rebounders per game. Snowden also has three "double-doubles" since CAA play began. 

Rebounding Machine: Kandace Davis posted seven rebounds against UNC Wilmington. She has 698 career rebounds for the Tigers, which is eighth on the school's career rebounding list. She is two rebounds away from becoming the eighth player in school history to reach 700 rebounds for her career and six rebounds away from moving into a tie for seventh on the career rebounding list at Towson.

Hot From The Floor: Towson shot 52% (26-50) from the floor against UNC Wilmington. It was the third time this season the Tigers have shot 50% or more from the floor. The other times was when the team shot 50% against North Carolina A&T and 52.2% against Maryland.

What's On Tap?: Towson takes to the road following today's game ... the Tigers travel to Delaware and James Madison to close out the month ... Towson returns home for three straight starting February 4 against Drexel.
