Lacey Pustizzi brings a wealth of coaching and playing experience to the Tigers' program while serving as Michelle Webber's assistant coach.

Pustizzi joined the Tigers after spending three seasons as the head coach at Roanoke College in Virginia. At Roanoke she was in charge of all aspects of the program. In addition to preparing the squad on the field for games, she developed a data base to evaluate potential recruits, created junior days and developed relationships with the alumni of the program. Pustizzi served as the assistant women's lacrosse coach at Roanoke in addition to starting the Back to Center Field Hockey camp.

Prior to her time at Roanoke, Pustizzi served as the assistant women's lacrosse coach at Virginia Tech. She also spent two years as a graduate assistant with the Lock Haven program. Lock Haven won the regular season title in the Northeast Conference both years she was there. She has also served as an assistant coach at Yale, Colgate and Hartwick.

Pustizzi earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a Concentration in Writing in May of 2002. While at Hartwick, she was a four-year letter winner who started in goal for two and half years of her time. Hartwick made two NCAA Tournament appearances while Pustizzi played and won the New York State Collegiate Field Hockey Tournament during her freshman season.

A member of the National Field Hockey Coaches Association, Pustizzi has worked numerous camps and traveled overseas with the Colgate and Yale field hockey teams on training trips.
