A day in the life of Zack Stone, Men's Swimming and Diving Student-Athlete:

6:00 a.m.: Wake up, eat breakfast and drive to Burdick

6:30 a.m.: Shred weights and run 4 miles

7:45 a.m.: Time for practice and swim 6,000 yards

9:30 a.m.: Out of practice and head to breakfast

9:30-10:45 a.m.: Hang out with team at breakfast

11:00 a.m.: Nap time

11:45 a.m.: Wake up and eat lunch

12:00-2:00 p.m.: Watch TV and keep eating

2:15 p.m.: Head back to the pool and stretch while the first group finishes up

3:00-5:30 p.m.: Back in the water for practice and swim between 9,000 and 10,000 yards

5:30-6:00 p.m.: Stretch, shower and treatment for my shoulders

6:00-7:30 p.m.: Dinner with team

7:30-10:00 p.m.: Time to relax, watch a movie and get ready for bed

10:00 p.m.: Lights out, time to recharge and do it all again tomorrow
