TOWSON, Md. – With four months remaining in this year’s annual campaign, the Tiger Club has already surpassed last year’s total of 1,244 members. With a goal of 1,500 donors for the 2011-12 academic year, the Tiger Club currently has 1,247 active members.
“[Towson University Director of Athletics] Mike Waddell has expressed his vision for Towson University Athletics to become the greatest success story in the history of higher education,” said John Latteri, ’02, Assistant Director of Athletics for Development/Tiger Club. “As the number of members in the Tiger Club increases, we will continue to move toward making this vision a reality. We are very thankful for the loyal support of our Tiger Club members.”
Tiger Club gifts provide a way for individuals to help talented student-athletes receive a quality education from Towson University while reaching for their goals during athletic competition.
