The Colonial Athletic Association boasts three schools in the Top 20 as Towson joins No. 2 Massachusetts and No. 16 Penn State in the rankings.
The Tigers host crosstown rival UMBC, which is receiving votes in the Inside Lacrosse poll, on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. Towson will then look to remain perfect in CAA play as the Tigers battle second-ranked UMass on the road on Saturday.
