| @Towson_WLAX to Host CAA Championship Apr. 27-29

TOWSON, Md. – Sunday's dramatic double overtime win over James Madison allowed the Towson University women's lacrosse team to earn the No. 1 seed in the Colonial Athletic Association and the right to host the CAA Tournament for the second straight season.

The tournament will be played at the Tiger Soccer Complex due to a scheduling conflict at Unitas Stadium on Friday night. Towson will face No. 4-seed Drexel on Friday, April 27 at noon. Towson rallied for an 11-10 win at Drexel when the two teams met earlier this season on April 15 in Philadelphia. The second semifinal on Friday will feature No. 2-seed James Madison and No. 3-seed Hofstra at 2:30 p.m. James Madison defeated Hofstra, 12-6, in the teams' first meeting this season.

The championship game will take place on Sunday, April. 29 at 2 p.m.

On Friday, parking for fans will be located in Lot 14 on the North Side of Johnny Unitas Stadium. Due to the activities in the stadium, access to the stadium parking lots will end at 3 p.m. At that point, the core campus parking lots will have to be used. Shuttles from the core campus lots are available.

On Saturday and Sunday, ample parking will be available in Lots 19 (adjacent to the game field) and 14. There is no tailgating allowed at any point during the tournament.

Admission to the tournament is FREE.
