BACK-TO-BACK OVERTIMES: The Tigers played their second consecutive overtime game against the Great Danes of Albany Saturday, falling to 1-1 in games with extra time. Despite Saturday's loss, the Tigers already have earned a victory when playing extra frames, defeating Mount St. Mary's 2-1 in double overtime August 28.

THE BANJO MAN: Junior forward Olakunle Banjo, a Preseason All-Colonial Athletic Association selection, has lived up to his billing early in the season. Banjo registered a team-high six shots against the Great Danes and scored his second goal of the season. Banjo is already half-way to his four goal total from a year ago and has tallied five points in three games this season. His 4.67 shots per game is the best in the CAA.

"PETER" THE GREAT: Towson freshman goalkeeper Felix Petermann ranks among the league leaders in saves, with a total of nine in three games.That figure is third-most in the CAA. Petermann has a .643 save percentage and a 1.57 goals-against average this season.

NEXT UP: The Tigers will return home Wednesday when the Howard Bison visit the Tiger Soccer Complex for a game starting at 4 p.m. Towson is 3-2-1 all-time against the Bison.
