GENERATING OFFENSE: For the seventh time this season, the Tigers have recorded double-digit shots. Towson took 16 shots, nine on goal, against UNC-Wilmington and scored on two of them. The nine shots on goal tied a team season high.

SCORING POINTS: Sophomore Taylor Knier scored her first career goal (and earned her first career points) against UNC-Wilmington on Friday. Knier was positioned just right to volley in classmate Katlyn Axenfeld's corner kick at 13:07 to tie the game at 1-1.

HELPING OUT: Freshman Sarah Bonney recorded her first career assist (and point) with her helper on junior Emily Banes' fourth goal of the season. Sophomore Katlyn Axenfeld tied her career high with one assist.

MAKING THEIR MARKS: Two Tigers set or tied a career high in shots against UNC-Wilmington. Freshman Vasthy Delgado set a career high with two shots, and sophomore Taylor Knier tied her personal best of three.

MULTIPLICATION: Towson's two goals against the Seahawks marked the second time this season the Tigers tallied multiple goals in a game. The other occasion was on Sept. 28 in a 3-1 win over Old Dominion at home. Friday's match was also the second multi-assist match of the year.

THIRD TIME'S A CHARM: Junior Emily Banes has now scored in three straight games this season. She tallied goals against Northeastern on Oct. 12 and Hofstra on Oct. 14 before adding a goal against UNC-Wilmington on Friday. Last season she compiled a five-game scoring streak en route to a team-leading eight goals. This season she has four.
