TOWSON, Md. - The University of Delaware used a 17 point halftime advantage to post a 77-55 win over the Towson University women's basketball team on Thursday night.
Junior forward Nyree Williams finished with 13 points and 10 rebounds for her sixth "double-double" of the year. Williams had a big second half as 12 of her points and six of her rebounds came in the second 20 minutes.
Junior guard Tanisha McTiller led the Tigers with 16 points while freshman guard Dominique Johnson had 14 points and five assists.
Elena Delle Donne led Delaware with 19 points and 11 rebounds.
