Question 1: How did you first become involved in soccer?

I first began playing organized soccer when I was 5 years old. My parents signed me up to play on a local team. My family has given me all the support I could ever ask for since Day One.

Question 2: What makes Towson the best fit for you—why did you choose Towson?

I grew up in Maryland, and I wanted to stay close to home when in college. Towson is only 35 minutes from where I grew up and is close enough so that most of my family can come to my home games.

Question 3: Is there any player you’ve looked up to or patterned your game after and tried to emulate?

I look up to hardworking and fit players. Dirk Kuyt and Javier Mascherano have always been two of my favorite players.

Question 4: What is the most enjoyable part of being around your team?

The most enjoyable part of being around the team is that we have many different personalities and cultures represented. It's a good learning experience and great to know that people all over the world have the same passion and love for the game that I have.

Question 5: How has collegiate sports better prepared you for life post-college?

Collegiate sports have very well prepared me for life after college. Teamwork, commitment, responsibility, selflessness, and the ability to deal with adversity are all characteristics that Coach Olszewski has stressed we must take to heart in order to be a part of a team. This can translate directly to any profession where working in groups to accomplish tasks or projects is a must.
