TOWSON, Md. - Riding a 15-match win streak, the Tiger volleyball team ranks high in the national statistics released by the NCAA on Monday evening.
Senior Aubrey Kirven maintained her spot in the top five in the nation for assists per set. Kirven enters play this week, ranked second in the nation and averaging 12.49 assists per set.
Fellow senior I'ishah Keliikoa has the seventh best hitting percentage in the nation (.422) entering play this week.
As a team, the Tigers rank eighth in the nation in kills per set (14.62) and ninth in match W-L percentage (.880). In addition, Towson ranks 11th in assists per set (13.61) and 13th in hitting percentage (.281).
Towson also checks in this week at 75 in the RPI released by the NCAA.
