TowsonTigers.com sat down with freshman Aaron Moroney for a brief getting-to-know-you chat. The Whitby, Ont., Canada native played for Canada's Under-19 National Team this past summer and won a silver medal at the World Championships in Finland.

1. When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be a professional hockey player. My favorite pro team is the Ottawa Senators. In fact, if I weren't playing college lacrosse, I'd be playing college ice hockey.

2. What are some of your favorite foods? My favorite appetizer is nachos, and I love pizza as a late-night snack.

3. What was the best present you have ever received? The best one would be my first lacrosse stick. I started by playing when I was 12. My uncle introduced me to the game.

4. Do you have any pre-game rituals or superstitions? I always make sure to drink a Gatorade before, and I listen to "Never Touch the Ground" by YLUV.

5. Why are you most proud of being a member of Towson Lacrosse? It is a well-respected program. My one goal with the team is to win an NCAA championship.
