Events

Major Campus Events Affecting Parking

The university hosts various major events that may affect parking on campus. During these events, parking may not be available in particular areas or may be subject to special restrictions and/or fees.

Planning for Event Parking

Departments and event coordinators must contact parking services to schedule parking arrangements for all events that require 10 or more parking spaces, no matter whether there is an associated parking fee or the event is being held during non-peak hours, including weekends.  An event parking request form must be completed and submitted to parking services prior to scheduling an event date or location. At its discretion parking services will determine if parking will be available for the event.  If it is, parking services will determine the lot location and notify the department.
