A former pole vaulter for the Penn State Nittany Lions, Lindsey McDonnell has been a member of the Tigers' athletics staff since 2009, serving as the Tigers' Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance Services.

Prior to her Towson appointment, Lindsey was the Compliance Coordinator at Southern Illinoisfor two years.

A 2004 graduate of Penn State, Lindsey earned her degree in marketing while competing for the track and field team as a pole vaulter. After graduation she served as a graduate assistant to the athletics director at Lynchburg College and helped coach the Hornets' track squad while earning a Master's degree in Educational Leadership.
