Stephen Toutsis has joined the Tiger Athletics Staff as a Group Sales and Promotions Manager in July 2011; it was announced by Assistant Director of Athletics for Fan Development, Mike Hollis.

"We are thrilled to have Stephen join our staff with his previous experience in the Baltimore area. He has been successful in selling tickets and sponsorships at numerous companies," said Hollis. "We know that Stephen will be a key component in making a difference here at Towson."

Toutsis joins the Tigers from Sporting KC, a member of Major League Soccer. While there, Toutsis served as a Ticket Sales Account Executive and developed marketing campaigns and game-day promotions to help increase attendance. This position allowed him to be heavily involved in youth soccer development and serve as a liaison between the team and the youth soccer community. In addition, he was a recreational league soccer referee.

Prior to his arrival in Kansas City, Toutsis worked as a sports sales executive for CBS Baltimore Sports Radio's ESPN 1300 and 105.7 the Fan. In this role, he generated new business revenue by selling advertising for play-by-play sporting events to local and regional advertisers.  Toutsis also held the position of Account Executive and Game Day Staff Coordinator for the Bowie Baysox Baseball Club.

Toutsis earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Management from Robert Morris University in 2006. While in school, he did internships for the Baltimore Ravens, Pittsburgh Steelers, WNST Sports Radio and WBAL Sports Radio.
