Poplaski shares this week’s award with sophomore Michelle Shnayder of Brown University.
Named as the ECAC Gymnast of the Week award winner for the second time this season and the third time in her career, Poplaski led the Tigers to a pair of wins in their meet against Yale and William and Mary last Friday night.
While leading the Tigers to a 192.850 team score, she finished first in the all-around competition, matching her career high with a 38.875 score. It marked her third all-around title of the season.

Her award means that the Tigers have now received five ECAC Gymnast of the Week awards this season. While Poplaski has won twice, senior Kacy Catanzaro has been honored three times.
The 16th-leading scorer in Tiger gymnastics history with 1,395.875 points, Poplaski is ranked third in the ECAC in the all-around with a 38.655 Regional Qualifying Score (R.Q.S.).
She is third in the ECAC on vault with a 9.76 R.Q.S. Poplaski is also ranked seventh on floor with a 9.74 R.Q.S. and her 9.645 R.Q.S. on bars ranks her 12th. On balance beam, she has a 9.60 R.Q.S., 15th in the ECAC.
Poplaski has competed in every meet as an all-around for the Tigers, who are now 14-5 on the season.
“Lindsay has come through for us in a big way,” says Coach Vicki Chliszczyk. “She has been very consistent all season. It’s so great that her hard work is paying off and she is having a great senior year.”
The Tigers return to action on Saturday afternoon when they travel to Rutgers University for a meet against the Scarlet Knights and West Chester.
