TOWSON, Md. – The nationally-ranked Tigers men’s lacrosse team is set to wear all black uniforms in remembrance of the two Towson University students that passed away this past weekend when the team takes on UMBC Wednesday night at Johnny Unitas® Stadium.

The Tigers will also recognize the deaths of Ryan Bailey, a member of Sigma Chi, and Timothy Coyer, a member of Kappa Sigma, by conducting a moment of silence prior to the opening face-off at 7:30 p.m.

Bailey was killed in a hit-and-run and Coyer, an Army veteran, was found dead in his apartment, both on Saturday, March 31. The men’s lacrosse team aims to honor the memories of these students as the entire Towson campus continues to come together to remember two of its own.
