Bucknell held a 10-0 advantage in shots in the first half but posted just one goal in the first 35 minutes. Tayler Siegrist scored on a penalty stroke at 24:01 to put the home team on top.
Sophomore Tashani Dickson made three saves in the first half for the Tigers (0-6).
Siegrist had a strong second half to lead the Bison as she had a goal and two assists. Kiersten Sydnor scored a pair of goals in the second stanza while Rachel Misko contributed a goal and an assist. The Bison scored five times in the second half to seal the 6-0 victory.
Erica Perrine made a pair of saves in goal to earn the win for the Bison. Dickson finished the game with four saves for the Tigers.
Bucknell out shot the Tigers 10-4 in the second half and finished the game with a 20-4 advantage in that category.
The Tigers have a quick turnaround as they are back in action on Sunday, Sept. 16 when they host Providence at 2 p.m.
