BEALLSVILLE, Md. - Freshman Larissa Spiess matched the best round shot by a member of the Towson women's golf team at the 2013 Hoya Invitational as she carded an 82 during the final day of play on Tuesday.

After completing two rounds on Monday, the 80-player field wrapped up the 54-hole tournament by playing 18 holes on Tuesday morning.

Spiess, who also shot 82 during the first round, finished tied for 49th with a three-round total of 250. She was followed by senior Chelsea Harris (259) and freshmen Tensley Clowser (262) and Kati Day (263).

The Tigers, playing in their final tune-up before the conference tournament, finished 12th overall with a 1,034 team score.

Campbell (894) won the tournament, clearing second-place Yale (907) by 13 strokes. Seton Hall (918), Nova Southeastern (919) and Penn (919) rounded out the Top 5.

The Tigers will wrap up their season by playing in the Colonial Athletic Association Championship, which will be held April 19-21 at St. James Plantation in Wilmington, N.C.
