Tigers Announce 2013 Fall Schedule

TOWSON, Md. - The Towson men's golf team has released its 2013 fall schedule, head coach Brian Yaniger announced today. The Tigers will play in six events, including the Cabo Intercollegiate in Los Cabos, Baja, Mexico.

The 2013 fall schedule is very challenging and will give us an opportunity to compete with teams from the ACC, Big 10 and the SEC," said Yaniger. "We have always believed in the saying 'to be the best, you have to beat the best', and that will be our goal again this year."

Towson will begin its fall schedule
at the Navy Fall Invitational in Annapolis September 6-7. The Tigers will then travel out-of-state for a pair of tournaments, the Cornell Invitational in New York September 20-22 and the Joe Agee Invitational in Virginia September 30-October 1.

The fall schedule will be highlighted by a trip to Los Cabos, Baja, Mexico October 6-8 as Towson will compete in the Cabo Intercollegiate on the Cabo del Sol Golf Course.

The Tigers will return to the states October 27-29 to compete in the Pirate Intercollegiate in Greenville, N.C. The fall season will wrap up at the Kiawah Intercollegiate as the Tigers return to the Turtle Point Golf Course November 3-5 to compete against some of the top golf programs on the east coast.
