Lacy Hatfield joined the Towson Sports Medicine Department in August of 2008 and serves as a Senior Assistant Athletic Trainer. Hatfield has primary duties with the Tiger field hockey and men’s lacrosse teams.
Hatfield completed her MEd while working at the University of Kansas in the spring of 2008. While at Kansas, she worked with the Jayhawks track & field and cross-country programs. While working with the Jayhawks, she covered the Big XII cross-country championships and coordinated the sports medicine coverage for the Kansas Relays. Hatfield also assisted with football and volleyball at Kansas. Hatfield was an Approved Clinical Instructor for the KU Athletic Training Educational Program.
Prior to her work at Kansas, Hatfield earned a BS from California State University, Fresno in 2006. While at Fresno State, she worked with women’s soccer, football and men’s basketball. Hatfield also earned a BA from the University of California, San Diego in 2002. While there she worked with rugby and basketball in addition to playing lacrosse.
