A football camp day in the life of Dominique Booker...
6-7 a.m. - Breakfast with the team
7 a.m. - Taping/ Treatments
8-8:20 a.m. - Special team meeting. This gives us a chance to install new formations and assignments on special teams for the day.
8:30 a.m. - We take the field for the first practice
12:15-1:30 p.m. - Lunch with the team. I also try to sneak a nap in before the second practice.
1:15 p.m. - Taping/ Treatment
2:15-2:35 p.m. - Another special teams meeting to install for the second practice.
2:45-3:15 p.m. - Position meeting with Coach Reno. We will review film, install plays, and go over the practice for the day.
3:30 p.m. - Take the field for practice #2.
6:45-8 p.m. - Dinner with the team.
8:30 p.m. - Team meeting with Coach Ambrose. We take time to talk about today's practice and things we need to work on. Also, we have a little fun by listening to first year guys singing the fight song.
8:45-9:45 p.m. - Position meetings with Coach Reno.
10:30 p.m. - Bed check and get ready to do it all again tomorrow.
