TOWSON, Md. – The Tiger men’s soccer team will host their “Kids Helping Kids” Soccer Clinic for the second consecutive year, it has been announced by Towson Head Coach Frank Olszewski. Last year, the event helped send 50 soccer balls to an orphanage in Gambia.
“It was a great success last year,” Olszewski said. “It is for a great cause and we are looking forward to it.”
The clinic, to be held Monday, Apr. 9 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Tiger Soccer Complex, will feature the entire team and coaching staff assisting children from ages 6-14 with improving skills on the field.
Tickets for the event are $25 per person and $35 for siblings. Those interested in attending are encouraged to contact assistant coach Billy Chiles at (410) 704-3871 for registration information.
