HANOVER, N.H. - Four of Towson's five players scored in the 70's as the Tigers forged a three shot lead to pace a field of 20 teams in the Dartmouth Women's Invitational Golf Tournament Saturday.
Sophomore Airielle Dawson showed the way with a collegiate career low 76 to tie for fourth in the individual standings. Freshman Alison Tutelman posted her best round as a Tiger with a 77 to tie for ninth.
Senior Alejandra Estrada came in with a 79 that was equaled by junior Emily Kwak as the pair tied for 18th. Senior Diana Woodall posted an 84.
The Tigers (311) played to a three-shot lead over second place Fairfield (314). Brown was in third at 315 followed by Boston College at 317 and Albany at 319 to round out the top five.
The tournament concludes on Sunday with the final 18 holes.
