Towson Lacrosse returned to campus in fall, 2013 off a Colonial Athletic Championship (CAA) season and NCAA Tournament berth. The program has taken on the hard-nosed, hard work attitude of Head Coach Shawn Nadelen, so the returning student-athletes and 16 newcomers got after it from the very beginning.

Early September - Practice begins: Check in with the coaching staff; fill out any paperwork and complete fitness testing with strength & conditioning and sports medicine staff; meet with compliance, media relations and academic support staff.

Mid-September - Get New Gear:
Towson Lacrosse received some new fall gear from Under Armour and IL wrote about it.

Sept. 28 - Alumni Scrimmage/The Night of Champions:
Tigers from the 2013 CAA championship squad as well as alumni, family and friends filled SECU Arena to see the Towson men's and women's lacrosse teams receive their conference championship rings. In the afternoon before, old and new Tigers had fun scrimmaging at Unitas Stadium.

Sept. 29 - ZERO Prostate Cancer Run:Tiger Lacrosse joined athletes from many other Towson teams in running the ZERO Prostate Cancer event held at Unitas Stadium.

Oct. 5 - Participate in Play for Parkinson's Tournament:
Once again, the Tigers hit the field to benefit Parkinson's disease research and awareness. Towson faced Richmond and Team USA in a pair of scrimmages at Episcopal High School in northern Virginia.

Oct. 10 - IL Comes to Practice
As part of the fallball all-access series, Inside Lacrosse's Matt Kinnear and Zach Babo visited practice in the driving rain to check the Tigers out and experience the Ring of Fire in person.

Oct. 11 - Intrasquad Scrimmage:
On a cold and windy night, Towson held an intrasquad scrimmage at Unitas Stadium. The Tigers played through the driving rain and into overtime before Thomas DeNapoli's goal gave the Gold team the 14-13 win.

Oct. 20-21 - The Program:
In what has become an annual tradition, the Tigers worked with The Program over two days in the Judgment Day session. The first day was land drills with small boats, doing teamwork and condition drills before hitting the water on day 2.

Oct. 20 - Race for the Cure:The team participated in the local Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure to raise money and awareness about breast cancer.

Oct. 30 - Head Shots:
To cap off a full fallball season, the Tigers got their new headshots for the 2013-14 school year.
