In the undefeated Tigers’ victory over Delaware State, West ran for 82 yards on 16 carries and tied a school record by scoring five touchdowns.

West, who has scored nine touchdowns in three games this season, matched the Towson single-game record set by former All-American Tony Vinson, ’94 against Morgan State in 1993. His five touchdowns also set a Johnny Unitas® Stadium record.

In 24 games, West is the third-leading rusher in school history with 2,699 yards. He has now scored 53 career touchdowns, a school record.
