TOWSON, Md. - Towson University Department of Athletics announced its pregame festivities for the Saturday, September 15 William & Mary-Towson home football game at noon in Johnny Unitas® Stadium today.

Tiger Tent Village, the official family area, opens at 9 a.m. It features large inflatables for kids of all ages. Group tents conveniently located nearby this area are still available by contacting the Towson Athletics Ticket Office at 1-855-TU-TIGER or for more details click here.

Season ticket holders who have purchased parking passes in Lot 13 are allowed to enter the lot one hour prior to the general public, (four hours before kick-off) starting at 8 a.m. Please be sure to have your parking pass clearly displayed in order to gain entry.

General parking is available for free in Lots 14, 21 and the core campus parking garages starting at 9 a.m. (three hours before kick-off). Please follow posted signs and staff to available parking.


Tailgating is permitted in Towson Center parking Lots 13, 14 & 21 and in Lot 11 on the core campus. Tailgating is not permitted in any other lots or parking garages.

Stadium gates open at 10:30 a.m. in order for fans to have the opportunity to listen to music and watch the pre-game festivities.

WILLIAM & MARY GAMEDAY INFORMATION
TIGER TENT VILLAGE (9 - 11:30 a.m., Lot 21)
The Tigers host an inflatables area including a 20-foot Doc the Tiger replica, 40-foot obstacle course, a football toss and a smaller obstacle course. Tiger Tent Village starts three hours before game time and runs until 30 minutes prior to kick-off so fans can be in their seats for the start of the game. It offers a great tailgating zone with customizable packages tailored to your group's needs. Corporate and group tents can be rented prior to each game and for this Saturday, spaces are still available. To inquire about reservations please call 1-855-TU-TIGER or email 4tigertix@towson.edu.

TIGER CLUB HOSPITALITY AREA (11 a.m. - Halftime; Minnegan Room in Field House)
The Tiger Club hosts a pregame reception for all current Tiger Club donors at the Super Tiger level that are 2012 football season ticket holders. This hospitality area conveniently located in the Field House's Minnegan Room features a cash bar, light appetizers and an overlooking view of the field. Hospitality passes are required to gain entry for this area. Passes are still available for the Tiger Club Hospitality Area by contacting the Tiger Club at 1-877-9-TOWSON or email tigerclub@towson.edu.

TOWSON TIGERS APP (11 a.m. - Noon, Lot 13)
Fans are encouraged to visit the table in Lot 13 which will play the live audio feed from the new Towson Tigers Apps. The mobile apps for the iPhone, iPad and Android feature on-demand video, live audio and news updates. A version of these apps are available for free and the iPhone app can be upgraded for access to more premium content. MEN'S BASKETBALL TAILGATING AREA (10:30 - 11:30 a.m., Lot 13)

The men's basketball team will be hosting a tailgate in Lot 13 for fans to meet Head Coach Pat Skerry. Fans are encouraged to stop by prior to kickoff.

PREGAME - HOMETOWN HEROES
In remembrance of those who lost their lives in the tragedy on September 11, 2001, the Tigers have brought the National 9/11 flag to Johnny Unitas® Stadium. Prior to the game, members of the Maryland National Guard, Wounded Warriors Project, Maryland Department of Veteran Affairs, Towson University Veterans Services, Soldiers and Airmen from the Defense Information School for Public Affairs at Fort Meade and Baltimore County Police and Fire Department will carry the flag onto the field. Additionally, an antique firetruck and Humvee will be placed outside Gates C and D for fans to view.

PREGAME - CHAMPIONSHIP BANNER DAY
The Tigers will unveil the 2011 Towson Football Colonial Athletic Association Championship and 2012 Women's Lacrosse Colonial Athletic Association Championship panel in the Tigervision videoboard prior to kickoff.
