TOWSON, Md. – The home opener for the Towson University baseball team, originally scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 against Monmouth University at 2:00 p.m., will be played at Harford Community College on Thursday, March 20 at 12 noon.

The Tigers, who are 9-6 on the season, have played their first 15 games on the road.

Towson and Monmouth already met this season. Earlier this month, the Tigers and the Hawks both played in the Navy Tournament. Towson won the game, 3-0.

Monmouth has a deceptive 3-9 record. The Hawks started the season by losing their first six games. Since then, Monmouth has split its last six contests.
