Towson-Coppin State Baseball Game Postponed

TOWSON, Md. – The baseball game between the Tigers (12-8) and Coppin State University (6-12), scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at John B. Schuerholz Park, has been postponed due to bad weather expected in the area tomorrow.

The game has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 27 at 3:30 p.m. at Schuerholz Park.

After playing their first 19 games on the road, the Tigers finally played their home opener on Sunday, March 23 and they celebrated with an 8-4 victory over Georgetown University. The Towson-Georgetown game was the first game of a 10-game home stand which includes a three-game series against Colonial Athletic Association rival Hofstra and a three-game set against the College of Charleston, another CAA rival.

Towson is also scheduled to host the University of Maryland Eastern Shore on Wednesday, March 26 at 3:30 p.m.
