BUFFALO, N.Y. - Towson senior divers Jeanne Ball and Caroline Baker competed in one final meet to end their careers Saturday as the pair competed in the NCAA Zone 'A' Regional held at the University of Buffalo.
After competing in the one-meter event Friday, Baker and Ball each competed in the preliminaries of the three-meter dive. Ball scored 214.90 points, while Baker qualified for the finals with her preliminary score of 250.85. Baker's final round score of 254.20 placed her in 16th overall with 505.05 points.
Diving Coach Maureen Mead was happy to see Baker and Ball's careers end on a positive note.
"Both of them dove beautifully," Mead said. "Their last dives of their careers were excellent. These girls have been a huge part of what Towson diving has become."
