TOWSON, Md. - Tiger men's basketball coach Pat Skerry took time from his busy preseason schedule to support a good cause on Wednesday afternoon.
Skerry spent an hour in the Alpha Epsilon Pi pie throwing booth on campus. The fraternity was set up on part of Towson's main campus and all pies thrown helped raise money for breast cancer research. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.
Skerry and the Tigers continue to give back to the community on Thursday, Oct. 13 with the Tiger "Fun Run." The road race will be run through Towson's campus and all funds raised will go to the Kennedy Krieger Institute for Autism Research. For more information, please click here. Race registration begins in front of the Towson Center at 1:30 p.m.
