Marshall is a versatile sharp-shooting guard who head coach Pat Skerry said may have the most upside of all the new Tigers. Marshall, who signed during the late signing period, was rated as one of the Top 20 players coming out of the state of Pennsylvania in 2012. He will redshirt during the 2012-13 season. COACH SKERRY ON MARSHALL: "Marquis Marshall comes from great genes and is a terrific long-range shooter. He has a tremendous upside as he develops physically. He’s 6-5 and could keep growing; his dad’s about 6-9. The thing I love about Marquis is he has such a good feel for the game.”
