COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Senior Devin Kirby earned a victory in the 50-yard freestyle, but it wasn't enough as the Tigers dropped a pair of non-conference verdicts against Maryland and UMBC at a double dual meet at the Eppley Recreation Center on Saturday afternoon.

The Tigers dropped a 225-69 decision against the Retrievers while suffering a 223-73 setback against the host Terrapins.

Kirby finished first with a time of 21.03 seconds in the 50-yard freestyle. He also placed third in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 46.75 seconds.

Senior T.J. Farley placed fifth in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:00.72.

Senior Zachary Wolfe finished second in both diving events for the Tigers, scoring 244.20 points in the one-meter event and 251.00 points in the three-meter event. Meanwhile, senior Bradley Bolin followed in third place in the three-meter diving event with 239.15 points and fourth place in the one-meter event with a score of 217.60 points.
