The Tigers (2-1) got their second consecutive victory Saturday, a 7-0 win
against the La Salle Explorers (2-2) at the Towson Center Tennis Courts.

Towson in the sweep of the Explorers. Shah teamed with Cailey Easdale to earn a doubles victory and then defeated Elli Vamvakitis 6-2 and 6-1 in singles
play. Shah has a team-best 7-2 record in singles play this season.
Dow earned her third consecutive singles
victory after defeating Chloe Trave
6-3 and 6-3. Dow and Ariel Burke defeated
Trave and Celesta Smith in doubles action by an 8-3 score.
“This
was a great way to end our fall season going into the spring at 2-1,” Towson
Head CoachDoug Neagle said. “Now we
have a couple weeks left of fall practice to work on things and continue to get
better.”
The
Tigers will next compete at the ITA Regional Indoors tournament. The four day
tournament begins Thursday, Oct. 20 in Norfolk, Va.
