TOWSON, Md. – The Tiger Athletic Fund (TAF) Donor of the Game Presented by Spirit Cruises was awarded to Scott and Patty Hargest during Saturday's Towson men's basketball game versus University of Delaware SECU Arena.
Scott '79 and Patty '80 are both graduates of the school of business and economics at Towson, and each earned a degree in business administration. Scott, a former baseball player, and Patty met while attending TU, and continue to be Tiger supporters to this day.
"I had a great experience here as a Towson student-athlete," said Scott. "I want to make sure that our current student-athletes are also having a top-notch experience.
"We have been involved with the University for a number of years now, and we continue to be proud of how Towson continues to evolve and invest in the community and students," added Patty. "We are both big time basketball fans, and are proud of the job that
Pat Skerry and his staff has accomplished."
The Hargest's have been Tiger Athletic Fund donors for nearly three decades, and are current courtside seat holders at SECU Arena.
The Tiger Athletic Fund thanks Scott and Patty for their support of Towson Athletics. To join in supporting student-athlete scholarships click here.
