Guidelines for an Appearance:
1. Secure parking and a dressing area should be provided for Doc. In some cases, it may be necessary to provide water.
2. Appearances are for everyone’s enjoyment. Please help to keep the event fun by maintaining a safe and fan-friendly environment.
3. Completed request forms should be recieved at least four (4) weeks prior to the requested appearance date.
4. Once the request has been recieved by Towson Athletics, you will be contacted confirming or denying the request.
1. Events done outside of the University will be charged a fee of $50 for the first hour then $20 for each additional hour. There will also be a $10 per hour travel time fee.
2. Campus events are $25 for a minimum of three hours. All additional hours will be $10 per hour.
3. No charge for charity events.
