TOWSON, Md. – After leading the Towson University field hockey team to an 8-11 record and a fifth place finish in the Colonial Athletic Association, Acting Head Coach Michelle Webber has been named as the Tigers’ head coach on a full-time basis, it has been announced by Senior Associate Director of Athletics Nance Reed.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Making their second postseason appearance in the last three years, the Tigers entered their CAA quarter-final game against Northeastern University on Thursday night hoping to get revenge for a 3-2 regular season loss. However, the Huskies (9-11) rallied from a 2-1 half-time deficit to advance with a 3-2 victory over Towson (8-11) at the United States National Field Hockey Training Center.
