Nicole Kress joined the Towson athletics department in 2021 as business operations assistant. She was promoted to business analyst in 2024 and Assistant Athletics Director in July 2025.
Prior to Towson, Kress worked as a business operations associate for TEK Systems and was part of the Philadelphia Phillies promotions team during the summer of 2020.
Kress also worked at Sportabella from 2019-2020 as event lead for weekend lacrosse tournaments. She was responsible for brand promotion, onsite selling, merchandising and reporting inventory.
Kress graduated from Arcadia University in 2021 where she earned her bachelor’s degree in sports management. She was a member of the International Honor Society in Business and was on the Dean’s List for three years. Kress was a captain of the lacrosse team and a member of the field hockey team.
