Tyler Fleischmann serves as an athletic academic advisor and learning specialist for Towson University.
Tyler previously worked in the Towson Athletics facilities office as an event manager for several Towson teams and was the liaison for parking services and athletics. He also assisted with credentials, key management, and overseeing student workers.
Prior to joining the Towson University athletic staff, Tyler worked as an Athletic Facilities and Events Management Specialist at Johns Hopkins University, overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of the athletic playing fields and facilities.
In addition to his time at Hopkins and Towson, Tyler also is a staff coordinator for game day operations for several local universities and has worked as game day staff with organizations like the Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association, Corrigan Sports, and the Pro Lacrosse League. He also previously worked in the box office at the Baltimore Orioles and coached several high school sports teams.
Originally from Williamsburg, Virginia, Tyler graduated with a Master’s Degree in Athletic Administration from Ohio University in 2018 and received his undergraduate degree in sociology from Lynchburg College in 2009.
